I am tired. Exhausted. I want to sleep for a very long time. I want for more than two weeks to feel good and comfortable in my own skin. I'm not at that point yet. I've got a lot of work to do. It will be worth it. I know that it will be. It's just getting there. Again.

Why 2 weeks? If you feel "good in your own skin" for 3 weeks or even 4 will the criteria change? You should concentrate on today. Worry about right now. And you know what? If it isn't good right now, allow it. Tomorrow is another day--another chance to feel good. Hey--the next meal/snack is another chance to feel good. I am here--I believe in you.
